  1. Communication

    • Both parties are expected to remain responsive and reachable throughout the commission process.
    • Timely communication ensures a smooth workflow and helps avoid unnecessary delays.
    • The project scope and delivery date must be agreed upon before work begins. Any changes require both parties’ approval.

  2. Payment

    • Payments are accepted via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer.
    • Pricing is determined through discussion before any work begins. Both parties must agree on the final price prior to approval.
    • Payment is due upon your approval of the completed video.
    • All sales are final, and payments are non-refundable.

  3. Progress & updates

    • Once a commission is approved and work has begun, you will receive an initial confirmation.
    • Ongoing updates will be communicated via Discord or Twitter DMs throughout the process.

  4. Revisions

    • Each commission includes up to 5 free revisions.
    • Any revisions beyond that will be charged at $5 per revision.
    • Corrections to my own errors (e.g. subtitle mistakes, technical issues) do not count toward your revision total.
    • Major revisions, those requiring substantial rework or significant changes to the original scope, may be subject to additional charges, agreed upon by both parties before proceeding.

  5. Portfolio

    • I retain the right to showcase any completed work in my portfolio, demo reels, or promotional materials.

Commissioning me means you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above.
